- Hosting 750 industry leaders at Sun City while it was undergoing renovations without compromising either the quality or the experience the audience demanded was no easy task.
- But, with a custom stretch-tent, a massive 18m viewing screen, supported by massive projection screens, and a lot of clever manoeuvring, we were able to pull off an event that was exceptional because of the challenges, not despite them.

- For one evening, 12 of the country’s most talented individuals competed head-to-head for the prize. Here our challenge was to facilitate multiple, ongoing scene changes and logistics as contestants were eliminated, round by round.

- We used a 45m multi-projector surface, made up of various shapes, to break expectations, without distracting from the purpose – global investment impact themes that will improve their businesses, and their clients’ lives.
If there’s one group with high expectations and high-class tastes, it’s Champaign connoisseurs… With a limited-size venue and tight timelines, we brought in 3D mapping experts to build an immersive experience few will forget, perfectly representing the Absa brand to its customers.
- To reward their most exceptional high-end clients (and partners), Nedbank hosted an evening function that needed to show exactly how valued they were to the Nedbank business, in a way only Nedbank can.
- We helped them design the flow of events, choose the entertainment and curate the environment to be conducive to networking and relaxation. The first night was a resounding success for all involved, leading into a second night, exclusively for their staff, which went just as smoothly.
